परिवहन के साधनों में आज भले ही क्रांतिकारी परिणाम आ चुके हों, कई दिनों में पूरी की जाने वाली दूरी आज महज कुछ घटों में पूरी हो रही है। सुपरफास्ट और बुलेट ट्रेन का जमाना आ गया है, लेकिन भारतीय रेलवे के इतिहास में 16 अप्रैल बेहद खास है। दरअसल, साल 1853 में 16 अप्रैल को ही देश में पहली ट्रेन चली थी। यह ट्रेन बम्बई (अब मुंबई) से ठाणे के बीच चली थी। आइए जानते हैं कैसे हुई थी देश की पहली ट्रेन की शुरुआत...
                            
                          

16 अप्रैल 1853 को मुंबई और ठाणे के बीच पहली ट्रेन चली थी। इस ट्रेन ने करीब 34 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय की थी। यह ट्रेन दोपहर के 03.30 बजे के आसपास पटरी पर दौड़ी थी। इस ट्रेन को चलाने के लिए भाप इंजन का इस्तेमाल किया गया था। इसके लिए ब्रिटेन से तीन इंजन मंगवाए गए थे। इन इंजन को सुल्तान, सिंधु और साहिब नाम दिया गया था। देश की इस पहली ट्रेन में कुल 20 डब्बे (कोच) थे। पहली बार इस ट्रेन में 400 लोगों ने सफर किया था। इस ट्रेन ने दोपहर के 3.30 बजे मुंबई के बोरीबंदर (अब छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनल) से सफर शुरू किया था और शाम 04.45 बजे ठाणे पहुंची थी। ट्रेन ने 34 किलोमीटर का सफर तय किया था।

Our country celebrate in 71th republic day in this year. At the moment of 26 Nov. 1949, our country makes our rule acts in law & all articles. But gandhi ji was srtike on 26 Jan. on his slogen "bharat Chodo Andolan " so all leaders decided his final date to act the law on 26 Jan 1950 , after that First time, our Prime Minister Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru was set up off our indian flag at lal kila in Delhi. In this year on the ocassion of republic day, our chief guest President of brazil Ms. Jair Bolsonaro at red fort in Delhi. So our ownerable Prime Minister Modi ji on their grand welcome  And Many programes on this event. Our prime Minister speech in this ocassion & guidence to all indians.

Gst was launched in 01 july 2017 in India. It had based on france rule. On coming gst all taxes are deducted such as service charge, Vat tax, custom Duties, cess, Entry tax, etc. Its is being implemented after making one hundred and first amendment in the Constitution of india. Under gst make changes handover in gst council. He changes on time to time in gst act. Gst council has met 18 times till 30th june 2017 to take various decisions. It is a indirect based tax & it levied of supply of goods or service or both. Some goods are exempt on gst such as alcohol liquor, petrol,diesel,natural gas etc. It has mainly five rates 0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28% at GST council. It also includes the area up to 200 nautical miles inside sea for purpose of gst.

She is a story of  middile class family girl & she is very poor & preety girl  who alone it she do hard work every time. She never want that anyone pass this injury same as i. She went to school everyday at the far distance (approx.) 10 km away from her house at early morning. No one help her.  She all do work herself. She was so intelligent girl of our class. All teacher appreciate her & gave rewards the functions. She is a 10th standard girl & live so hard working job. All thanks to u read my short story that our Imagination.

Unemployment- जब देश में कार्य करनेवाली जनशक्ति अधिक होती है किंतु काम करने के लिए राजी होते हुए भी बहुतों को प्रचलित मजदूर पर कार्य नहीं मिलता, तो उस विशेष अवस्था को 'बेरोजगारी' (Unemployment) की संज्ञा दी जाती है। ऐसे व्यक्तियों का जो मानसिक एवं शारीरिक दृष्टि से कार्य करने के योग्य और इच्छुक हैं परंतु जिन्हें प्रचलित मजदूरी पर कार्य नहीं मिलता, उन्हें 'बेकार' कहा जाता है।
       मजदूरी की दर से तात्पर्य प्रचलित मजदूरी की दर से है और मजदूरी प्राप्त करने की इच्छा का अर्थ प्रचलित मजदूरी की दरों पर कार्य करने की इच्छा है। यदि कोई व्यक्ति उसी समय काम करना चाहे जब प्रचलित मजदूरी की दर पंद्रह रुपए प्रतिदिन हो और उस समय काम करने से इन्कार कर दे, जब प्रचलित मजदूरी बारह रुपए प्रतिदिन हो, ऐसे व्यक्ति को बेकार अथवा बेरोजगारी की अवस्था से त्रस्त नहीं कहा जा सकता। इसके अतिरिक्त ऐसे भी व्यक्ति को बेकार अथवा बेरोजगारी से त्रस्त नहीं कह सकते जो कार्य तो करना चाहता है परंतु बीमारी के कारण कार्य नहीं कर पाता। बालक, रोगी, वृद्ध तथा असहाय लोगों को "रोजगार अयोग्य" (unemployables) तथा साधु, पीर, भिखमंगे तथा कार्य न करनेवाले जमींदार, सामंत आदि व्यक्तियों को पराश्रयी कहा जा सकता है।

बेरोजगारी से हानिया

बेरोजगार होने पर हम सरकार पर दायित्व होते हैं सरकार बेरोजगार युवाओं के ऊपर बहुत धन व्यय करती है जैसे गैहू को 18 रुपया में खरीद कर 1.5 रुपये में देती है । जिससे सरकार का बहुत नुकसान होता है।

कारण एवं लाभ 

बेरोजगारी का अस्तित्व श्रम की माँग और उसकी आपूर्ति के बीच स्थिर अनुपात पर निर्भर करता है। बेरोजगारी के दो भेद हैं - असंतुलनात्मक (फ्रिक्शनल) तथा ऐच्छिक (वालंटरी)। असंतुलनात्मक बेरोजगारी श्रम की माँग में परिवर्तन के कारण होती है। ऐच्छिक बेरोजगारी का प्रभाव उस समय होता है जब मजदूर अपनी वास्तविक मजदूरी में कटौती को स्वीकार नहीं करता। समग्रत: बेरोजगारी श्रम की माँग और पूर्ति के बीच असंतुलित स्थिति का प्रतिफल है।

प्रोफेसर जे.एम. कीन्स "अनैच्छिक बेरोजगारी" को भी बेरोजगारी का भेद मानते हैं। "अनैच्छिक बेरोजगारी" की परिभाषा करते हुए उन्होंने लिखा है -

'जब कोई व्यक्ति प्रचलित वास्तविक मजदूरी से कम वास्तविक मजदूरी पर कार्य करने के लिए तैयार हो जाता है, चाहे वह कम नकद मजदूरी स्वीकार करने के लिए तैयार न हो, तब इस अवस्था को अनैच्छिक बेरोजगारी कहते हैं।'

यदि कोई व्यक्ति किसी उत्पादक व्यवसाय में कार्य करता है तो इसका यह अर्थ नहीं है कि वह बेकार नहीं है। ऐसे व्यक्तियों को पूर्णरूपेण रोजगार में 

लगा हुआ नहीं माना जाता जो आंशिक रूप से ही कार्य में लगे हैं अथवा उच्च कार्य की क्षमता रखते हुए भी निम्न प्रकार के लाभकारी व्यवसायों में कार्य   करते हैं
बेरोजगा के प्रकार

• संरचनात्मक बेरोजगारी : सरचनात्मक बेरोजगारी वह बेरोजगारी है जो अर्थव्यवस्था मे होने वाले संरचनात्मक बदलाव के कारण उत्पन्न होती है।

• अल्प बेरोजगारी : अल्प बेरोजगारी वह स्थिति होती है जिसमै एक श्रमिक जितना समय काम कर सकता है उससे कम समय वह काम करता है। दूूसरे शब्दो में, वह एक वर्ष मैं कुछ महीने या प्रतिदिन कुछ घंटे बेकार रहता है। अल्प बेरोजगारी के दो प्रकार है-

• दृष्य अल्प रोजगार: इस स्थिति में, लोगो को सामान्य घन्टों से कम घन्टे काम मिलता है।
• अदृष्य अल्प रोजगार : इस स्थिति मै, लोग पूरा दिन काम करते हैं पर उनकी आय बहुत कम होती है या उनको ऐसे काम करने पडते हैं जिनमें वे अपनी योग्यता का पूरा उपयोग नहीं कर सकते।

• खुली बेरोजगारी : उस स्थिति को कह्ते है जिसमे यद्यपि श्रमिक काम करने के लिये उत्सुक है और उसमें काम करने की आवश्यक योग्यता भी है तथापि उसे काम प्राप्त नही होता। वह पूरा समय बेकार रहता है। वह पूरी तरह से परिवार के कमाने वाले सदस्यों पर आश्रित होता है। ऐसी बेरोजगारी प्राय: कृषि-श्रमिको, शिक्षित व्यक्तियों तथा उन लोगों में पायी जाती है। जो गावों से शहरी हिस्सों में काम की तलाश में आते हैं पर उन को कोई काम नही मिलता। यह बेरोजगारी का नग्न रूप है।

• मौसमी बेरोजगारी: इसका अर्थ एक व्यक्ति को वर्ष के केवल मौसमी महीनो में काम प्राप्त होता है। भारत में कृषि क्षेत्र में यह आम बात है। इधर बुआई तथा कटाई के मौसमों में अधिक लोगों को काम मिल जाता है किन्तु शेष वर्ष वे बेकार रहते हैं। एक अनुमान के अनुसार, यदि कोई किसान वर्ष मैं केवल एक ही फसल की बुआई करता है तो वह कुछ महिने तक बेकार रहता है। इस स्थिति को मौसमी बेरोजगारी माना जाता है।

• चक्रीय बेरोजगारी : ऐसी बेरोजगारी तब उत्पन्न होती है जब अर्थव्यवस्था में चक्रीय ऊंच नीच आती है। तेजी, आर्थिक सुस्ती, आर्थिक मंदी तथा पुनरुत्थान चार अवस्थाएं या चक्र है जो एक पूंजीवादी अर्थव्यवस्था की मुख्य विशेषताएं हैं। आर्थिक तेजी की अवस्था में आर्थिक क्रिया उच्च स्तर पर होती है तथा रोजगार का स्तर भी बहुत ऊंचा होता है। जब अर्थव्यवस्था मैं कुल ज़रुरत के घटने की प्रवृत्ति पाई जाती है।

• छिपी बेरोजगारी : छिपी बेरोजगारी से पीडित व्यक्ति वह होता है जो ऐसे दिखाई देता है जेसे कि वह काम में लगा हुआ है, परन्तु वास्तव में ऐसा नही होता।

Laxmi Agarwal- (born 1 June 1990) is an Indian acid attack survivor, a campaigner for rights of acid attack victims, and a TV host Agarwal was attacked in 2005 at the age of 16, after rebuffin romantic advances of an acquaintance. He story, among others, was told in a series on acid attack victims by Hindustan Times.She has since established grassroots campaigns for tackling the surge of acid attacks; one of her petitions has led the Supreme Court to order the central and state governments to regulate the sale of acid and the parliament to enable easier prosecutions of acid attack perpetrators.She was the former director of Chhanv Foundation, a NGO dedicated to help the acid attack survivors in India.

The movie Chappak is based on her life and stars Deepika Padukone in her role.
